Contract Management: Build Relationships in Business (MOOC)

Improve your contract management skills in this massive open online course (MOOC) that is free and open to everyone.

This Contract Management course was developed by our team at World Commerce & Contracting in partnership with the University of Southampton, the UK Cabinet Office and Civil Service Learning.

Through the course we share knowledge around the importance, complexity and challenges of designing and delivering good contracts and how our objectives can be achieved in the most effective way to minimize possible threats or failures.

  • Relationship fundamentals Explore what can go right or wrong in relationships and examine the rules that govern public and private sector procurement.
  • Relationship complexities Explore complex supply chains and networks that are a feature of many contracts and learn how to manage interdependencies and the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • What does this mean for me? We complete the course by bringing the first two themes together and using an real example scenario (from your business) to put theory into practice.
